Korean Style Cold Shirataki Salad

"When you go in search of honey, you must expect to be stung by bees."

"Gochujang" is a savory, sweet and spicy fermented chili paste.

"Gochugaru" is also known as korean hot peppers or korean chilli powder.

Koreans are known to favor health above everything else. There is a belief in Korea that chili is actually good for the health due to the presence of "capsaicin" that reduces LDL (bad cholesterol) and fights inflammations.

INGREDIENTS:

2 pack HMK Shirataki Noodles

4 Tbsp. Lemon/lime juice or Rice Viengar

2 Tbsp. HMK Cocoaminos soy sauce
