"Gochujang" is a savory, sweet and spicy fermented chili paste.
"Gochugaru" is also known as korean hot peppers or korean chilli powder.
Koreans are known to favor health above everything else. There is a belief in Korea that chili is actually good for the health due to the presence of "capsaicin" that reduces LDL (bad cholesterol) and fights inflammations.

INGREDIENTS:
2 pack HMK Shirataki Noodles
4 Tbsp. Lemon/lime juice or Rice Viengar
2 Tbsp. HMK Cocoaminos soy sauce
2 Tbsp. HMK MCT Oil
4 tsp. Roasted/Toasted sesame oil
4 tbsp Gochujang (Red Chilli Paste)
4 tsp. Aleppo pepper or red pepper flakes or Gochugaro (Korean chili pepper flakes)
4 tsp. sesame seeds, toasted
1 pound peeled shrimp
1 clove garlic
PROCEDURE:
1. Open the pouch of shirataki noodles, remove the liquid and rinse. Leave aside in a clean bowl.
2. Pour MCT Oil, Garlic, cocoaminos soysauce and gochujang (red chilli paste) into the pan and sauté the shrimp.
3. In a clean bowl mix all the Ingredients.
4. Serve.
